The Family Life Center has everything you need to begin your journey into a life of regular exercise. The FLC has an updated cardio room, an indoor track to help you reach your steps goal when winter weather prevents you from walking outside, an expansive weight room, a full gymnasium and a large game room. Family Life Center memberships may be purchased at any time and renew each January. Individual: $40 per year Family (4 or more): $125 per year Senior (55+): $30 per year Get signed up with a membership and get Fit at First!
Family Life Center hours:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Closed on Sundays
